I own 2015 Mazda 3's. His car started making some noises and took it into the dealership to get it checked out, still way under the warranty limit with only about 25k miles. Turns out the rear brakes were worn out. But the worst part is the dealership made pay $243 dollars to get it fixed. I am just wondering if anyone else has seen this issue of defective rear pads, as no rear pad should wear out before the front pads, especially at 25k miles. Just wondering what I can do to make the dealer repay for this as I think its totally unfair and unjustified?
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
