I currently have my car in to a dealer for a service through a service plan with them. Last year I received photos and videos of any repair work that needed doing via email and text. This year I have received nothing. When I requested this they said they will give me a written report when i go to pick the car up, although there is work that needs doing but they said they cannot complete at the moment because they do not have the right tools for the job believe it or not !!! I asked again they send me evidence via email and text, to which their response this time is that the supplier who provides this evidence is being changed and they cannot provide it in photographic and video form. I wondered what my rights are here.
Any help will be apprecited.
